We had a terrific experience at So Cal Auto. My girlfriend and I were looking for a used car for her to take to work. We were working with a budget and had some pretty specific requirements. So Cal Auto was more than accommodating, professional and polite. We originally came on Saturday and looked at an inventory of vehicles, but the 2013 Hyundai Elantra caught our interest. We weren’t pressured and were more relaxed taking our time to inspect the vehicle, took time on a test drive, and even sat down to negotiate a price. My girlfriend and I said we’d think about it - we weren't staggered like other dealers we went to where they expected we fill out a credit application or take our info. So Cal Auto was welcoming and made us both feel at ease. We came back yesterday and we got the deal we were looking for and originally agreed on with the dealership. MOST HONEST DEALER I'VE DEALT WITH IN 15 YEARS. My wife and I bought a car from So Cal Auto today, but the story behind it is beyond the reason why I decided to write this review. In summary, we love our Hyundai, we got an amazing deal, the car was detailed so well it looked like new, and the staff were extremely friendly, honest and welcoming. They worked with me an my wife very well and answered to all of our questions and calls. So Cal Auto was amazing and honest at providing us with not only the CarFax report, but the inspection report from Norm Reeves Honda and a recent inspection report from their mechanic. So Cal Auto told me that I had the right to inspect the vehicle before purchase and not just depend on their inspections. So Cal Auto offered to take the vehicle for us personally to our mechanic at 8am before they even open. We are very happy with not only our vehicle but our choice to go to So Cal Auto. Will definitely return when we need another car.
